Excavation and Peripheral Containment work continues at a good pace. Excavations and prefabrication of armatures for the execution of Building Foundations within the Lots have started. Work started on the implementation of the ramps for car access to the parking lots.

The General Infrastructure Works on Avenida Marechal Carmona are under development, with the car access ramps to the parking within the lots having been initiated, with the monitoring and inspection of the Public Service Concession Entities (Cascais City Council, EDP, PT, Águas de Cascais , GALP Energia).

Since this is a project wich arouses a lot of curiosity, we created an appealing and fun way to show how Bayview is evolving to those who pass by.
