  • Construction completed.
  • Administrative procedures are in progress with a view to obtaining the Authorization for Use, Certification of Horizontal Property, Registrations, with a view to carrying out the deeds.

COMMERCIAL PROJECT – PLOTS 2 AND 4

  • All Works concluded
  • Inauguration and Opening to the Public of the New Hypermarket held on 12.05.2022

PLOT 3

  • Currently, the construction of residential plot 3 is in the final finishing phase with a view to obtaining authorization for use by the licensing authorities

 

PLOT 1

  • Construction started on this plot on July 4, 2022
  • Demolition and Excavation works for Foundations and Structures concluded
  • The Foundations and Peripheral Contentions of the Parking lots and the Residential component of plot 1 are nearing completion
  • Executing Elevated Structures 

GENERAL INFRASTRUCTURES

  • Impasse at Rua José Joaquim de Freitas to enter plot 2 completed
  • With the exception of the infrastructure connecting plot 1 and the Jardim da Marginal Nascente, to be carried out with the conclusion of plot 1, all general infrastructures were completed with the monitoring and approval of the various Public Service Concessionaires (E-redes, Galp Gás, Câmara Municipality of Cascais, Águas de Cascais, MEO)
